I feel your pain — the hubby was sweet enough to not only get me a certificate for a mani/pedi last weekend, but also made the appointment. It had been ages…of course a few days of life with baby has left my barely there a week manicure a thing of the past. Of course let’s not talk about my roots!

So timely … not one hour ago I was wondering if I could finally squeeze in my pedicure this weekend. It’s about 4 weeks overdue. Like you, I swore I wouldn’t give that up when I had a kid. I mean, it’s only like an hour every other week, and my husband could watch him then, right? Well, he could, but somehow professional nail maintenance seems to go into that mysterious black hole of things that stop happening post-child.
