It's like, behold the companies that pay lipservice to work/life balance. They're fabulous companies to work for if you have an extra three months pay saved up for that maternity leave. *sigh* Oh and lots of boob news, huh? I work for one of the companies consistently knocked around as being in the Top 3 for women... and... all you will get for maternity leave here is 4 weeks paid. It is a tragedy of sorts, stemming from the fact that even though they will say there are 3,000 women in senior positions, none are at the very highest level. fact two, men in my company get 2 weeks paid leave.
