I just make whatever I would normally make, outside of pasta. Roast chicken, potatoes, veggies, fruit. I don't eat a lot of bread normally, so it's not a big deal for me. Good luck. Yesterday at work I was thinking how nice it would be to nibble on some preztels, but no. Tonight we're having matzah nachos, tomorrow night it's up to DH as I work late. Thursday we'll have spinach dip matzoh "sandwiches," which odd as it sounds, my boys really like. Friday we'll have matzah lasagne and one of those Manischevitz cake mixes for dessert. By Saturday we'll be really feeling it. Maybe we'll make it through the last two days on chocolate-covered matzah brittle. Good luck! You can do it!
