My daughter was born 10 days late and came by emergency c-section after my planned home birth did not work out (three days of labor)! I scheduled the c-section for baby #2 on his due date--I learned the hard way to love the drugs and the doctors!! It was so strange walking into the hospital all calm, like "Okay, let's get this baby out!" Wishing you lots of sleep! Congratulations! Our stories are strikingly similar!
